I love creating elegant, romantic and contemporary wedding cakes for my clients that not only look stunning, they truly delight the taste buds too!
A wedding cake is the most important cake you will ever choose and invest in together, it’s a reflection of love and celebration, so it has to be perfect and extra special!
Not only am I recognised for beautiful cake designs and mouthwatering flavours, I’m appreciated for delicate sugar flowers, that regularly feature on your stunning wedding cake designs. It’s a thrill to hear florists, clients and their wedding guests remark how realistic they are!
As a lover of art and design and keen floral artist, I enjoy learning new techniques, training with world renowned sugarcraft professionals which gives me more ideas for exquisite style options for your wedding cake!
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and little boy, family and friends exploring nature and new places to travel!
