I love creating elegant, romantic wedding cakes for my clients that not only look stunning, they truly delight the taste buds too!
Your wedding cake is the most important cake you will ever choose together, it’s a reflection of love and celebration, so it has to be perfect!
As a lover of art and design and keen floral artist, I enjoy learning new techniques, with training from world renowned sugarcraft professionals to provide you with exquisite options for your wedding cake!
I’m recognised for my delicate sugar flowers (often mistaken for real flowers), that regularly feature on your stunning wedding cake designs. It’s a thrill to hear florists, clients and their wedding guests remark how realistic they are!
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and little boy, family and friends exploring nature and new places to travel!
