Your wedding cake is the most important cake you will ever choose together, it’s a reflection of love and celebration, so it has to be perfect!
I love creating elegant, romantic wedding cakes that not only look stunning, they truly delight the taste buds too!
I have always loved art and design plus baking for friends and family, so in 2018 I chose to leave my corporate career and pursue my creative passion on a full time basis.
As a keen artist, I continue to expand my repertoire, learning new techniques and building my sugar flower portfolio, receiving training from world renowned sugarcraft professionals!
I’m known and recognised for my delicate sugar flowers (often mistaken for real flowers), that regularly feature on your stunning wedding cake designs. It’s a thrill to hear florists, clients and their wedding guests remark how realistic they are!
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and little boy, family and friends exploring nature and new places to travel!
